Importing Data from a Previous Version
If you are upgrading from a previous version of Handicap Manager for Excel, simply click the Import Previous Version button in the Welcome to Handicap Manager for Excel form. Follow the instructions closely and the data from the previous version will automatically be imported into the new version. You may want to make a backup of the old version before upgrading to the new version.
This version (Version 7) of Handicap Manager for Excel stores golf course information differently than Version 5 or earlier versions of the program. You can enter up to 10 sets of tee markers for each course, which can be designated as men's or women's tees. Since there was no gender assigned to tee markers in previous versions it's important to check the gender assignment for the tee markers on your golf courses after they are imported if you are importing Version 5 or earlier.
