The Quick Report tool (shown above) provides a quick and easy way to prepare a report showing the information for the time frame described. Clicking the tool expands the menu shown below. Just select the Report you wish to view and the transaction detail information will be displayed on the Report worksheet. If you would prefer to just see a summary of the income and expenses by category, click the Summary View tool. If you would like to see a summary of the income and expenses by category in comparison to the category budget amounts, click the Budget View tool.
While clicking the Summary View and Budget View tools provides an easy way to view the information, just selecting the Report Summary or Budget Summary worksheet tabs will provide the same result. Whenever either of these worksheets is selected, the information on the Report worksheet is automatically summarized on the selected summary worksheets.
