Hole Statistics

Golf Tracker for Excel summarizes all the data from the most recent report into a breakdown of  statistics by hole on the Hole Stats sheet. You can view the sheet by clicking on the Hole Statistics button on the Main Menu sheet or by selecting the Hole Stats tab from the sheet tabs along the bottom of the Excel window.

For this analysis to make the most sense, it is best to create a report for a single golf course using the Prepare Report function. This will give you an idea how well you play each hole by comparing your average score on each hole to the hole par. It also ranks your performance on each hole from 1 to 18, which lets you compare it with the assigned handicap ranking for each hole.  The sheet also shows the average percentages for fairways hit, greens in regulation and number of putts, to give you an idea what aspect of your game affects your performance on each hole.
