In order to protect the outline structure, the Projects worksheet has been password protected. The password will be provided to registered users upon request. However, we do not recommend making any structural changes to the worksheet since it could affect its functionality.
Project Manager for Excel has some a minor limitation concerning the number of reminder events that it can store. You can store an almost unlimited number of Projects and Tasks but you are limited to approximately 1000 reminder events. Please let us if you find this number too limiting.
If more than one row is selected when performing a function, that function will only be performed on the row where the active cell cursor resides. For example, if you click the Delete button and three separate tasks are selected, only the task where the active cell cursor is located will be deleted.
Although there is only one Projects sheet in the Project Manager for Excel workbook, you can save multiple copies of the Project Manager file using different names. For example, you might have one file for your home projects and then create another one for your work projects.
